Welcome to Restaurant Praha, located in the Art Nouveau building of the 4 star Grand Hotel Praha in the centre of Jičín. In 2018, the restaurant underwent a complete renovation to meet the demanding requirements of modern times and an increasingly demanding clientele. During the renovation, the utmost care was taken to preserve the historical elements and the restaurant now offers two parts of the interior separated by an Art Nouveau stained glass wall that can be opened for special occasions. The restaurant can seat up to 80 people and its interior is decorated with period photographs of the Grand Hotel Prague and a statue of the kneeling Princess Libuše. Rustic furniture, century-old chandeliers and brocade curtains add to the charm, cosiness and privacy of the restaurant.

The exceptional atmosphere is complemented by the connection of the restaurant on the ground floor with the basement of the Bar Pod Obrazy by the original cast-iron staircase.
